Hi there! Well, today we will be learning about something super duper special - Water! Water is a transparent liquid that we observe and use daily. It surrounds us and allows us to live.
Water is a magical liquid that neither is colorless, nor scentless, nor tasteless. Did you know that most of our planet is covered in water? That means water is ridiculously important! Water is what helps plants to grow by providing something to drink. It maintains hydration to keep animals healthy. Water also helps our own bodies function properly.
Through the amazing things that water can do! Think of water as a kind of superhero liquid. It does a very great job to clean things up. Water can wash dirt off things. Water is also used to cool down hot machines. When engines become overheated — too warm — water makes them better. Water is also extremely lightweight therefore it is very convenient to transport from one location to another.
Water is used for many different people. Farmers use water to make plants grow big and strong. They spray crops with water to ensure the plants have enough to drink. Factory workers are even using water to clean machines and maintain operations. Drivers use water to cool engines and stop them overheating in cars.
Usage of water in our daily life: Water is often used in many of the items that we encounter on a daily basis. Ok, you have water around you everywhere!!! Soap has water in it. Shampoo has water in it. The beverages we consume also contain water. Water helps us wash our clothes, clean our houses, stay healthy.
Water is fine, but we need to be careful. Just like if you eat too much candy you can feel sick, if you drink too much water too quickly you can feel sick also. Some water can be fatal close to electricity too, so we need to be careful, always.
Water is our friend that provides us with many things we use every day. It’s vital, glorious, and makes our world run! Without water, plants wouldn’t grow, animals couldn’t survive, and many of the things we love to do would be impossible.
